Audi's 80Ah H7 wet is rated at only 380A DIN (vs 520A DIN for the 110Ah H9 wet). Your car is coded H9 wet, but is the battery actually 394mm long? Maybe the other battery is just a low spec?

Throttle Body Cleaning DIY (With Pics) - Audizine
I agree, throttle body looks tiny. Has anyone bored out a throttle body for the B6 A4 1.8T? How come someone doesn't provide this service? I had a company bore out a throttle body 4mm on my old 1990 Integra and it was a huge difference. I could only imagine it would be an even larger difference on an engine with a turbo and more factory HP....
