The comfort access is a problem for android cars yeah, Volvo dropped the setting from the AAOS interface, but the hardware still supports it, the CEM will store the settings and the seat module will work…but you can’t turn it on. The sensus has a menu that appears after you enable in config, where you check a box to turn it on.

Volvo basically acts as an independent company from Geely. Geely used Volvo as a way to get up to speed and make better quality cars for the mass market of China. This has in no way really affected the way Volvo builds it's cars. Some are built in China, but also a lot are built in Europe and even America.

For something somewhat modern to be a livable daily and not suffer from age issues, without being overly complicated, a late P2 Volvo (S60/V70 until 2009/2007 respectively) might be a good choice. I have the Proclip mount with the MagSafe adapter, it uses the genuine Apple MagSafe puck and hold really well with a MagSafe case, charging with an Anker 12V plug in the middle row charger, the cable tucks into the console nicely so it’s almost invisible.
