Is there a way to selecting the wallpaper in a theme on Windows 10? If I download a new theme, it will show all the wallpaper photos within that theme. Sometimes I want to deselect photos I don't care for. This is easy to do in Windows 7 and 8.1, but I don't see a way to do it in Windows 10. Any help will be appreciated.

Windows 11 Desktop background keeps reverting when I change it
Just got a new PC a few days ago, and this very same issue popped up the morning after from its 1st shutdown the night prior. The only solution I see so far is extending one of the monitor displays & reverting it which causes the screen to go black for a moment. You're then able to pick a different wallpaper for the 2nd monitor.
